I’m an Associate Director at Grant Thornton, responsible for leading their Business Transformation practice in Sydney. My specialties include business strategy, performance improvement, and transformational change.

With over 15 years of commercial and consulting experience, Rory has successfully completed major business transformation projects for a range of major corporate and government clients – including Wesfarmers, Bupa, OneSteel, Energy Australia, NSW Health, NSW Department of Education and Training, Australian Communications and Media Authority, Roads and Traffic Authority, and Salmat.
