I have to admit that I laughed out loud when I read your comment above.

Perhaps the confusion caused by the picture not actually linking to the Consulting Forum will act as a kind of intelligence test and ensure high quality forum members and civilised conversation.

That said, good call on the Consulting Forum needing a set of rules/guidelines! I had been planning to let the forum evolve organically and only put guidelines in place if people started to misbehave. Am I being too optimistic?
