		<description>Yes and No... Depends on the consultant. 

Some of us aren&#039;t that highly paid and decided to go into consulting because that is ultimately the best use of our skills... we are good at the high energy start up phase and can genuinely accelerate outcomes for the business... 

There are A LOT of over paid consultants who don&#039;t add value and managers need to get better at understanding the skills that sit within their own teams / company - often you don&#039;t need the external expertise.
